The Knoxville Award Program is an annual awards program honoring the achievements and accomplishments of local businesses throughout the area. This is Rowe’s third consecutive year being recognized as a Best of Knoxville business which qualifies them to be a member of the 2019 Knoxville Business Hall of Fame.
As the second oldest local business in Knoxville, Rowe has been moving industry since 1883. Withstanding the course of time by continuing to develop itself to meet the ever-changing needs of the transfer industry has been the key to Rowe’s success and longevity. Rowe Transfer started out at the Knoxville train depot using horse-drawn wagons to move products and supplies for other businesses. Today, Rowe continues to offer the long tradition of transportation services but has expanded its service options to include rigging, warehousing, and crating.
